Supporting Mental Health Well-Being
Castle Home Hub
The Castle Home Hub, is dedicated to supporting individuals and families in Glenrothes and NE Fife facing financial challenges. Our goal is to provide free essential household items to those in need, helping to alleviate the burden of everyday living expenses.
What we do
Castle Home Hub collects new, unused, in-date personal care and household cleaning essentials, including deodorant, shower gel, shampoo, nappies, toilet roll, laundry detergent, and surface cleaner. We also supply clothing, shoes, bedding and kitchenware.

The Hub, provides the following free of charge in NE Fife and Glenrothes;

Personal Hygiene Products: Toothpaste, Shampoo, Conditioner, Deodorant, Soap, etc.

Household Cleaning Products: Washing Powder, Fabric Softener, Bleach, Disinfectants, Washing-up Liquid, Mops etc.

Non Perishable Food: Juice, crisps, biscuits, honey, beans, soups

Household Items: Essential household items to support daily living, bedding, pots and pans, dishes, kettles, toasters etc.

Clothing and Footwear: Variety of sizes and types to cater to different age groups.

Pet Supplies: Pet food, bedding, cat litter, toys and other pet care products

Baby Care: Nappies, Baby Food, toys

Catering Supplies: Large catering supplies, Hand wash, Tins fruit, Sauces, Napkins etc.

Incontinence Supplies: Both and Men and Woman products in various sizes and colours
How we work
Products are generously donated by individuals and organisations, then collected, sorted, and distributed to our network of community partners. These partners, including charities, schools, nurseries and community groups, supporting individuals and families facing poverty in our local area.
How to refer
Any agency can submit a referral on behalf of the groups they support. Additionally, if you're interested in hosting a mini hub to distribute items within your community, to discuss setting up a storage cupboard to facilitate distribution we're here to help and we can arrange delivery.
Access Pass
Castle Home Hub offers an access pass to individuals and families in need. This pass grants access to our services and allows recipients to receive essential household items free of charge. To obtain an access pass, please contact us directly for more information.
Get Involved
If you'd like to contribute to our cause, there are several ways to get involved. You can donate essential items at our drop-off points at our Cupar and Glenrothes stores. Additionally, consider volunteering with us to help sort and distribute donations, deliver to our mini hubs in North East Fife.
