Elizabeth Calderwood

Chair Trustee

Elizabeth is a private client lawyer who has served uninterrupted as a Castle trustee and director since November 2007.  Her length of service, legal expertise and longstanding commitment to Castle make her uniquely placed to guide the Board’s strategic and operational decision making.

Isla Lumsden

Trustee & Treasurer

Isla has been with the board since October 2010, she is the head teacher of a local special needs school and has a wealth of experience in management, HR, Policies, working with vulnerable and disadvantaged groups.

Rowena Logie

Trustee

Rowena brings a unique depth of understanding and perception of the ways in which Castle is able to benefit those who engage with the organisation. 

 

Rowena has been involved with Castle since May 2017.   She has a thorough understanding of the organisation’s development and evolution into a social enterprise.

 

Her experiences of the organisation make her uniquely placed to represent the interests of Castle’s beneficiaries.   

 

Rowena has specialist knowledge of working with and supporting people with learning disabilities in her role as a speech and language therapist.
