Coronavirus (COVID-19) information and guidance

The spread of Coronavirus has created much uncertainty, which is concerning for all of us.

Castle Enterprise Scotland want to reassure you that we are taking this situation very seriously; the health and safety of our staff, volunteers, placements and customers is our number one priority.

In addition to the rigorous safety measures in place, we have implemented additional protocols including:

  • Cancelling all non-essential meetings

  • Staff home working where possible

  • Suspension of work placements where appropriate

Our stores will CLOSE to the general public from 17:00 on Sunday March 22nd until further notice.  All non essential deliveries and all collections will be cancelled, our staff will be in touch in shortly.

As our befriending and lunch club activities have been cancelled,

we are redeploying resources to phone support and door stop

deliveries to support community elders.

Any change will be communicated our website.

HELPING

OUR
ELDERS

During the COVID-19 pandemic, our staff and volunteers have been redeployed to support the Elders in Fife through our Elders Crisis Contact Centre.  From a friendly voice to talk to or arranging doorstep deliveries of essentials, this line is here to support them.
